2. Description of Services
MedPhil Services provides non-emergency home healthcare and wellness services. Our services are designed to supplement traditional medical care by providing professional support in the comfort of your home.
IMPORTANT: Our Services are NOT for medical emergencies or life-threatening situations.
In the event of a medical emergency, please call your local emergency number (e.g., 112 or 108 in India) or visit the nearest hospital immediately.
3. User Eligibility and Responsibilities
Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to book our Services. If you are booking for a minor, you represent that you are their parent or legal guardian.
Accurate Information: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information about the patient’s health, medical history, and contact details. The quality of our Service is dependent on the accuracy of this information.
Safe Environment: You are responsible for providing a safe, clean, and appropriate environment for our healthcare professionals to render their services. This includes ensuring a space free from hazards, harassment, or threats.
Respectful Conduct: You and the members of your household agree to treat our staff with respect and courtesy. We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services in case of abusive, disrespectful, or unsafe behavior.
4. Booking, Payments, and Cancellation
Booking: Services can be booked through our Site or by contacting us directly. A booking is considered confirmed only after we have acknowledged the request and payment terms have been met.
Payment: Fees for our Services will be detailed at the time of booking. Full or partial payment may be required in advance to confirm a booking. We accept various payment methods as indicated on our Site.
Cancellation and Refunds:
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled service time may be eligible for a full refund or rescheduling without a penalty.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service time may be subject to a cancellation fee.
No-shows or cancellations after our professional has reached your location will not be eligible for a refund.
Specific refund policies for long-term care packages or equipment rentals will be outlined in your service agreement.
